The above allocation of rooms for attendees is available to book until the 28th August 2020 at which point unsold rooms will return to the Hotel and no further discounts will apply.

‘Saturday Celebration Hot Buffet’ is inclusive in the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast room rate for Saturday and only available to attendees who book DIRECTLY with Ashford International Hotel quoting reference: I AM FAMILY OF LIGHT
Saturday evening inclusive ‘Celebration Hot Buffet’ is held in the hotel restaurant. This will be a rolling buffet between 7.15pm – 9. 15pm and located in the venue hotel restaurant.
Attendees also have the option to select a tray of food from the buffet and take to their rooms if they so desire.

To ensure you benefit from discounted room rates and participate in the ‘Saturday Celebration Hot Buffet’ please book directly with the hotel by calling the numbers below.
The allocated discounted rooms cannot be booked via Hotel’s website, if you book online you will only be able to pay the regular prices for the rooms as advertised by the Hotel.
Booking through alternate websites / agencies will not link you to the UK Conclave discounted rates, and you will therefore not be able to book the “Saturday Celebration Hot Buffet”.

The nearest international airports are London Heathrow (LHR) and London Gatwick (LGW) Gatwick Airport being the closest, with connections to underground and mainline train stations.
